MIAMI, Fla. - Lebanon Valley College linebacker Frank Gaffney has accepted an invitation to play in the National Bowl Senior All-Star Game, to take place Dec. 7 in Miami.

Gaffney also received an invitation to the Dream Bowl all-star game earlier this season.

The game will take place at Ocean Bank Field at Florida International University, bringing together the top seniors from NCAA Division I FCS, II, and III. The National Bowl is the only elite-level senior all-star game focusing on non-FBS players, giving them exposure to NFL, CFL, and AFL scouts. The game's two teams will be coached by two arena football veterans, the Trenton Freedom's Kevin O'Hanlon and the Jacksonville Sharks' Brian Ferguson.

Gaffney also received an invitation to the Dream Bowl all-star game earlier this season. The Cliff Harris Award nominee played at both outside linebacker spots this season to earn First-Team All-MAC honors for the second straight year. The senior led LVC and was fifth in the MAC with 86 tackles, including 9.5 for a loss, and 3.5 sacks. He compiled four 10+ tackle games and earned MAC and ECAC Defensive Player of the Week honors on Oct. 11. Gaffney was named a preseason all-American by five organizations, and was also placed on the CGS All-Star watchlist.
