DelVal Football - The Aggies Move Into Top 25 IN Coaches Poll

DOYLESTOWN (PA) – The Delaware Valley College football team has moved into the top 25 of the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Division III Coaches' Poll as the Aggies are 24th this week, one spot behind this week's opponent, Lycoming College.

Delaware Valley, which improved to 4-0 overall and 3-0 in the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) with Saturday's 56-24 victory over Albright College, notched 121 points in the poll. The Warriors (5-0, 4-0 MAC) have 142 points for the number 23 spot. One other conference school, Widener University (5-0, 4-0 MAC) is ranked in the poll as it holds the number 14 spot heading into its bye week.

The Aggies are also garnering votes in the weekly D3football.com Top 25 poll. Widener and Lycoming are 19th and 20th respectively.

Delaware Valley plays host to Lycoming for Homecoming on Saturday, October 11 (noon kickoff).
