Fans pick the best quarterback in the Middle Atlantic Conference "Unscientifically"

Marvin Pond, PA - In an unscientific poll, fans of MACfb.com have picked Delaware Valley's Aaron Wilmer as the best quarterback in the Middle Atlantic Conference. The poll, open for approximately two weeks, has Aaron Wilmer with 721 votes (52%) of the 1362 votes cast.

Aaron Wilmer
Aaron has played in six games in the 2014 season completing 101 passes of his 157 attempts for a completion rate of 64.33%. Wilmer has thrown three interceptions. Delaware Valley averages 317 passing yards per game and Aaron has thrown 19 touchdowns.  Wilmer has also scored five rushing touchdowns in six games and averages 33 yards rushing per game.

Tyler Jenny
Lycoming College Sr. quarterback Tyler Jenny came in second in the poll with 508 fan votes or 47% of the total votes cast. In six games this year Jenny has completed 112 of his 165 attempts or 67.9% of his passes with two interceptions. Lycoming averages 245 yards per game passing. Tyler has one rushing touchdown of 19 yards.

Jeff Farrah
Third place on the fan favorite poll is Stevenson's Jeff Farrah. Jeff has completed 40 of 77 passing attempts for a 51.9 completion percentage. He has thrown for 95 yards per game. Farrah has thrown for two touchdowns and has thrown four interceptions.

Seth Klein
Since this is a fan poll, it is perplexing that Widener's Seth Klein only received 14 votes in this poll. Widener, No. 13 in the nation on the D3football.com coaches poll surely has a following of more than 14 people. Maybe the fans from Chester are not into this type of activity, but Seth has numbers that put him up there with the best in the MAC.

Seth has completed 94 of his 150 attempts for a 62.7 completion percentage. One stat that really stands out in his performance this season is that in six games so far, Klein has not thrown an interception. He has thrown for 20 touchdowns and averages 241 passing yards per game. Seth has three rushing touchdowns the longest of which was 19 yards.
