Lebanon Valley Football - Good Named All-America By

MINNEAPOLIS – Lebanon Valley's Tyler Good has been named an All-American by

The senior guard was named to the organization's all-America second-team. Good is the 17th Lebanon Valley player to earn all-America honors and just the sixth offensive lineman in program history to achieve the feat.

Good graded out as LVC's top offensive lineman this season and was a driving force for the group that allowed the Flying Dutchmen to rush for 2,238 yards and 22 touchdowns at a 4.4 yards per attempt clip. His blocking helped running back Brendon Irving to surpass the 1,000-yard mark on the ground for the second straight season. Rushing behind Good, Jon Jones managed a 500-plus yard campaign and Ryan Fink scored six-touchdowns. In pass protection, he was the anchor of a line that surrendered just two sacks per game and allowed LVC quarterbacks to throw for a combined 1,457 yards and 16 touchdowns.

His all-America honor is the latest in a string of postseason accolades for Good. He was named to the All-East Region First-Team earlier this month after earning Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) All-Conference First Team recognition in November.
