ANNVILLE, Pa. – Lebanon Valley has announced its 2016 football schedule. After a 2015 campaign that included a pair of weeknight matchups, all kickoffs are set for Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m.

For the third straight season, the Flying Dutchmen will begin the season with a non-conference showdown against local rival Franklin & Marshall. LVC will travel to F&M for the season-opener on Sept. 3.

Lebanon Valley opens Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) play on the same day as the team's 2016 home opener when Wilkes pays a visit to Annville on Sept. 10. The Dutchmen close out September with a two-game road trip that will take them to Stevenson and King's.

When the calendar changes over to October, it's back to the friendly confines of Arnold Field for a two-game home stand when LVC hosts Delaware Valley and Widener. The contest with the Pride takes place on Oct. 8 during Lebanon Valley's annual Homecoming weekend.

Following a bye midway through the month, LVC closes out October with a trip to Lycoming, followed by a return home for a clash with Misericordia.

The Dutchmen open the month of November on the road at FDU-Florham before closing out the regular season by hosting longtime rival and the defending MAC champions from Albright for LVC's Senior Day in the 96th meeting between the teams on Nov. 12.
